Here are some of my awards and certificates

My original Novice License

(Correction: I received my novice, dated May 16, while I was living on Main Street. In August 1967, I purchased a new home on Foxx Street and sent in for a change of address. That is the reason for the difference between the effective date and the expiration date.)

My original Advanced Class License

I went from Novice to Advanced but could not go to Extra Class due to a two year waiting period from a General Class or higher before being eligible for the Extra.

My original Extra Class Certificate AE-6-521

A few years after I received my Extra Class license, I changed my call from WB4FZP to W4XW
